Advanced Architectural Products, creator of the GreenGirt CMH™ and SMARTci® systems, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Coordinator to support day-to-day business operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office environment. This role plays a pivotal part in coordinating administrative tasks, supporting HR initiatives, participating in special projects, and providing operational research and reporting. The ideal candidate brings a combination of business acumen, problem-solving skills, and a positive, can-do attitude. A2P specializes in continuous insulation and building enclosure systems by providing one of a kind composite sub-framing system, including GreenGirt CMH, GreenGirt Steel™, and SMARTci systems that meet all ASHRAE requirements for commercial building envelopes.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and organize daily office activities and general operations.
  • Prepare and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and documentation with high accuracy.
  • Conduct research and compile data to support internal decision-making and project planning.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, appointments, and special projects.
  • Assist HR with recruitment tasks such as coordinating interviews, scheduling candidate communications, and facilitating onboarding documentation.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive HR data.
  • Support cross-functional teams in executing special projects, tracking progress, and meeting deadlines.
  • Provide regular updates and assist in troubleshooting project-related issues.
  • Assist in coordinating communications.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Administrative Studies, Human Resources, or a related field. Equivalent professional experience will be considered.
  • 5–7 years of administrative, operations, or HR coordination experience in a business setting.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other spreadsheet/reporting tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Discretion when handling confidential information

Job Type: Full-time

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred)

Pay: $55,000-$70,000 per year (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Work Location: 959 Industrial Drive, Allegan, MI 49010 (on-site)
