Parq on Speer in Denver, Colorado, uses 67,000 SF of GreenGirt Max CMH™ over metal studs, behind ACM cladding, with mineral wool insulation. It is a large mixed-use development, designed by Cooper Architects and built and installed by Milender White Construction.

A mixed-use building combines tenants of different uses and hours behind one facade, so the envelope must maintain separately controlled interior conditions across a large wall. GreenGirt Max CMH carries the ACM on a thermally broken plane over a continuous mineral wool layer, keeping the insulation unbroken across the steel studs so interior conditions remain stable through Denver’s wide daily and seasonal temperature variations.
