The College Community 5-6 School in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, uses 5,000 square feet of GreenGirt Max CMH™ over metal stud and gypsum backup, behind single-skin metal panels, with mineral wool insulation. It is a public school for grades 5 and 6. It was designed by OPN Architects, built by Carl A. Nelson Co., and installed by C & K Architectural Metals.

An intermediate school needs a durable, low-maintenance exterior and a steady interior for its students. The GreenGirt Max CMH girts carry the single-skin metal panels across the façade, setting them at two depths on one continuous insulation plane.
