650 Main Corporate Office in Salt Lake City, Utah, uses 20,400 square feet of GreenGirt Max CMH™ over metal studs, behind composite wall panels, with mineral wool insulation. It is a corporate office building. The project was designed by HOK, built by Layton Construction, and installed by Western Building Group.

For an office building built for energy efficiency and low operating cost, the wall needed continuous insulation that limits thermal bridging through the metal-stud framing; GreenGirt Max CMH supported that by holding the cladding over an uninterrupted insulation layer. In Salt Lake City’s cold climate, where energy codes increasingly require continuous insulation, that layer reduces heating and cooling loads and trims operating cost over the building’s life.
