The Community Health Centers of Southeastern Iowa in Keokuk, IA, uses 6,600SF of the the SMARTci® building enclosure system over steel studs, behind fiber cement panels and brick, with polyiso insulation. For a nonprofit medical clinic built to provide affordable healthcare to the local community, the wall needed a durable, low-maintenance enclosure. By using the SMARTci® system with its mixed-cladding assembly, the sealed, insulated wall behind both claddings stays sound and low-maintenance across the decades the clinic will serve.
