The “DHHS State Lab” in Lansing, MI, is a 3,000 SF government facility using the SMARTci building enclosure system. Designed by Mayotte Group Architects, this lab is outfitted with XPS insulation and a combination of metal panels and ACM cladding on metal studs. The Christman Company oversaw construction, with the William Reichenbach Company handling the precise installation.
