Evans West Development

Evans West Development in Denver, Colorado, uses 96,000 square feet of GreenGirt Max CMH™ over steel studs, behind fiber cement cladding, with mineral wool insulation. It is a mixed-use development combining residential and retail space. It was designed by Davis Partnership, built by DPR Construction, and installed by Edge Construction Specialties. A mixed-use building conditions residential and retail spaces on different schedules, so a consistent envelope keeps operating costs controlled across both. The GreenGirt Max CMH girts carry the fiber cement and hold the insulation outboard of the steel as a continuous plane, maintaining the wall’s effective R-value across the full elevation.
