It is a mixed-use development combining residential and retail space. It was designed by Davis Partnership, built by DPR Construction, and installed by Edge Construction Specialties.

The GreenGirt Max CMH girts carry the fiber cement and hold the insulation outboard of the steel as a continuous plane, maintaining the wall’s effective R-value across the full elevation.
