The “Farmersville Independent School District” facility in Wylie, TX, is a 34,000 SF educational building enhanced with the SMARTci building enclosure system. Designed by Claycomb Associates and built by Gallagher Construction Services, it features custom-profiled polyiso insulation and metal panels on steel studs. Paragon Roofing, Inc., expertly handled the installation, ensuring a durable and energy-efficient structure for the school district.
