Pleasant Lea Middle School in Lee’s Summit, Missouri, uses 7,000 SF of GreenGirt Max CMH™ over metal studs, behind fiber cement and brick cladding, with mineral wool insulation. It is a public middle school, designed by DLR Group, built by McCownGordon Construction, and installed by Combo, Inc.

The facade pairs brick with fiber cement, two claddings of different thickness that must finish to a common plane. GreenGirt Max CMH carries them on girts set to different depths, aligning both materials while holding a continuous mineral wool layer behind them, the approach described for walls combining multiple cladding types.
