Stanley Center for Peace & Justice in Muscatine, Iowa, uses 7,000 SF of the GreenGirt CMH Delta™ Adjustable system over metal studs, behind wood plate and metal siding cladding, with mineral wool insulation. It is an office building, designed by Neumann Monson, built by Graham Construction Company, and installed by HRTLND Companies.

The exterior combines wood plate and metal siding over a metal-stud backup, two materials that benefit from field-adjustable support. The Delta Adjustable system provides that adjustability through its sub-framing, positioning both claddings on a true plane outside the insulation layer, as described in adjustable continuous insulation sub-framing.
