Our premier sales team is focused on increasing Revenue & Profits by connecting daily to potential commercial customers in their territory. Bring value and sell to Architects, Specification Writers, General Contractors, and other commercial building professionals through advanced educational-based selling by providing Quantifiable Performance and Economic Solutions. Our business provides innovative solutions for improved continuous insulation and has a passion for developing customer advocates resulting in profitable growth. A2P specializes in continuous insulation by providing one of a kind composite metal hybrid sub-framing systems that meet the most recent ASHRAE requirements for commercial building envelopes. GreenGirt CMH and SMARTci are green and thermally efficient continuous insulation and building enclosure systems for the construction industry. Responsibilities:
  • Meet and exceed sales quotas provided by the organization.
  • Travel throughout the territory and present to customers and potential customers’ influencers, providing them with product differentiation through a complex sale and support as required to secure business.
  • Increasing Revenue & Profits by connecting daily to potential commercial customers in your territory.
  • Evaluate area performance against established objectives/guidelines (sales forecast, budget, number of new accounts, etc.) and take appropriate action to improve performance.
  • Provide multiple in-person and virtual PowerPoint presentations weekly (training will be provided).
  • Communicate customer requirements and request support from other departments as necessary to assist in achieving established objectives.
  • Own the sales process from project design to project completion.
  • Ability to travel throughout territory 3-4 days, including overnight travel to support customer needs.
  • Provide accurate forecast of sales on a timely basis.
  • Ensure that sales activities in the area comply with A2P’s policies and procedures.
  • Assist in establishing sales objectives for area.
  • Assist in developing an area coverage plan, which defines the type of support and frequency of customer contact required to meet territory goals.
  • Provide timely reporting of activities in the field and special reporting to assist in business and product planning.
  • Maintain sales activity daily in our CRM system, HubSpot.
Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Sales or related experience. Experience with Architects, and/or curtain wall products a plus.
Compensation:
  • Salary $85,000 – $105,000 (based on experience)
  • Uncapped commission 4%
  • 1st year est. total Target Cash (base + Commission) $150,000 – $180,000
  • Car Allowance $7,800 ($650 per month)
