Village Pointe Kia

Omaha, NE

Village Pointe Kia in Omaha, Nebraska, uses 4,700 square feet of GreenGirt Max CMH™ over steel studs, behind metal panels, with mineral wool insulation. Part of the Village Pointe West development, the dealership handles both vehicle sales and service, with capacity for 600 on-site vehicles. The project was designed by RDG Planning & Design, built by Kiewit Corporation, and installed by PML Construction.

For a high-traffic automotive dealership, the wall needed durable cladding support and continuous insulation across a large façade; GreenGirt Max CMH delivered both while limiting thermal bridging through the steel-stud assembly. In Omaha’s cold climate, a building with a large conditioned showroom and service area carries substantial heating and cooling loads, making continuous insulation important for energy performance and long-term operating cost.
