The Woodland Hearth project in Tigard, OR, is a five-story affordable housing development featuring 63 large, family-oriented units. Positioned with convenient access to public transportation, the building will also include a community room, lending library, computer workstations, office spaces, garden areas, and a playground. The design of the building incorporates durability with cost effectiveness, minimizing negative environmental impacts while enhancing the tenant experience by lowering utility costs. This project contains 4,400 square feet of the GreenGirt Steel continuous insulation system.
