Building enclosure system with GreenGirt CMH™

SMARTci is an air- and water-tight building enclosure system that eliminates thermal bypass and is comprised of GreenGirt CMH sub-framing, integrated custom-profiled insulation panels, and necessary accessories. SMARTci can be installed over traditional closed framing with sheathing and a water-resistive barrier for water tightness to 1.57 PSF and air tightness to 6 PSF. (WRB/sheathing provided by others.)

How It Works

In addition to adhering to the eight continuous insulation best practices, SMARTci® also provides an air- and water-tight building enclosure, along with a smooth drainage plane, for enhanced building performance and durability. Additional features that make SMARTci stand out include:

Installed over traditional closed framing with sheathing and a water-resistive barrier, the SMARTci system is engineered to provide a complete 360 degree air and water seal, providing a redundancy to ensure that air and water stays where it belongs (sheathing and WRB provided by others).
