Powder Mountain Maintenance Building

Eden, UT

Powder Mountain Maintenance Building in Eden, UT, uses 8,900 SF of GreenGirt Max CMH™ over steel studs, behind metal panel cladding, with polyiso insulation. It is a maintenance facility built as part of the resort’s base-area expansion, designed by GSBS Architects, built by SIRQ Construction, and installed by Built Exteriors.

GreenGirt Max CMH holds the metal panel cladding on a thermally broken support outside the framing, keeping the wall’s insulation continuous against the cold, high-elevation climate of the Wasatch Range.
