Moffitt Cancer Center for Discovery & Innovation in Land O’Lakes, FL, uses 24,000 SF of GreenGirt Max CMH™ over steel studs, behind metal panel cladding, with mineral wool insulation. It is a new six-story cancer research and outpatient treatment facility, housing proton therapy and specialized research labs, designed by Tsoi Kobus Design, built by Barr & Barr, Inc., and installed by FORGE Co USA.

To accelerate development, the project used modular construction, with wall units prefabricated off-site. GreenGirt Max CMH was applied to those units before transport, carrying the metal panel cladding on a thermally broken support delivered to the site ready to install.
