David Blackwell Hall at the University of California, Berkeley, is a 60,000 SF educational facility featuring the SMARTci system. Designed by SCB Architects, this building uses custom-profiled polyiso insulation and plaster cladding on wood studs. Webcor Builders led the construction, with RFJ Meiswinkel Co. handling the meticulous installation, enhancing the campus with a modern and functional residence hall.
