Peyton Manning Children’s Hospital at Ascension St. Vincent

Indianapolis, IN

Peyton Manning Children’s Hospital at Ascension St. Vincent in Indianapolis, IN, uses 65,000 SF of GreenGirt Max CMH™ over metal studs, behind stone cladding, with mineral wool insulation. It is a full-service tower addition providing maternity, neonatal and pediatric intensive care, and surgical services, designed by Cannon Design, built by Pepper Construction, and installed by Engineered Façades.

To maintain an efficient construction schedule and avoid labor conflicts, the project used modular construction, with prefabricated wall units built off-site for rapid installation. GreenGirt Max CMH was installed on those units before transport, carrying the stone cladding over a continuous mineral wool layer.
