Mt. Hope Elementary School

Lansing, MI
Mt. Hope Elementary School in Lansing, MI, replaces the existing school that was almost 100 years old. The new facility creates a modern, energy-efficient learning environment for grades 4 through 8, including technology-enhanced classrooms, flexible learning spaces, and naturally-lit wood-clad “book nooks.” The electrical system was created using AI-powered generative design to coordinate thousands of feet of conduit across a complex network, reducing design time by more than 100 hours. This project contains 26,000 square feet of the GreenGirt CMH continuous insulation system on the walls and the GreenGirt CMH XO structural thermal framing system around the windows.
