Eden, UT

The new maintenance building at Powder Mountain in Eden, UT, is part of the resort’s terrain and infrastructure expansion, including redevelopment of the Sundown base area. This initiative will expand lift-served advanced terrain, modernize critical base-area facilities, and enhance the overall guest experience. Major improvements include a new ski lift, upgraded infrastructure, and a new lodge, all contributing to increased capacity and operational efficiency. The maintenance facility, designed by GSBS Architects and constructed by SIRQ Construction, contains 8,900 square feet of the GreenGirt CMH continuous insulation system.
