The project will replace the existing middle school, which has experienced significant water infiltration, mold, and failing building systems that no longer support modern educational needs. The new school is designed as a student-centered learning environment that emphasizes energy efficiency, sustainability, and occupant health, with a goal of achieving net-zero energy performance. This project contains 76,000 square feet of the GreenGirt Steel continuous insulation system.
