207 N. 8th Street in Brooklyn, New York, uses 5,000 SF of the SMARTci® Building Enclosure System over steel studs, behind ACM panel cladding, with polyiso insulation. It is a luxury multi-family building in the Williamsburg neighborhood, designed by Pinner Architecture and built and installed by Pinner Development Group.

This building was designed for energy efficiency, which depends heavily on the envelope. SMARTci supports that by sealing the wall in a continuous air- and water-tight enclosure over polyiso, limiting the air leakage that undermines efficiency, behind an ACM exterior.
