The Glenmoor Country Club in Englewood, Colorado, uses 4,500 square feet of the SMARTci® building enclosure system on closed framing over metal studs, behind stucco cladding, with polyiso insulation. The renovation will keep the existing building while adding a new upper-level pro shop and expanded fitness center. The project was designed by DTJ Design, built by Waner Construction Company, and installed by Division 7.

For a clubhouse renovation on Colorado’s Front Range, the exterior walls needed code-required continuous insulation and a solid place to fasten three-coat stucco. The SMARTci building enclosure system provides both, with composite metal hybrid z-girts that hold cladding attachments under sustained stress without adding thermal bridges through the steel framing. The system installs over the sheathed stud wall and keeps a continuous insulation layer outside the framing, forming an air- and water-tight enclosure that eliminates thermal bypass.
