680 E. Swedesford Road in Wayne, PA, uses 21,000 SF of the SMARTci® Building Enclosure System over metal studs, behind laminate panel cladding, with polyiso insulation. It is an office building renovation with a new facade and floor-to-ceiling windows, designed by NORR, built by IMC Construction, and installed by FM Construction.

A facade built around floor-to-ceiling windows leaves less opaque wall, placing greater demand on the continuous insulation and the seal at each opening. SMARTci provides a continuous air- and water-tight enclosure over polyiso, controlling the infiltration that the window transitions would otherwise admit.
