Blue Springs Career Innovation Center in Blue Springs, MO, uses 23,000 SF of the SMARTci® building enclosure system over steel studs, behind metal panel cladding, with polyiso insulation. It is a career and technical education center for profession-based learning, designed by Hollis & Miller Architects, built by JE Dunn Construction, and installed by Standard Sheet Metal.

Part of this wall carries a deep insulation zone of high effective R-value. SMARTci provides a continuous air- and water-tight enclosure over polyiso, holding the insulation unbroken across the steel studs against the heating and cooling demand of the Missouri climate.
