Cable Dahmer Cadillac in Kansas City, MO, uses 10,000 SF of the SMARTci® Building Enclosure System over steel studs, sheathing, and CMU, behind ACM cladding, with polyiso insulation. It is an automobile dealership, renovated with a new showroom and an expanded service drive. The project was designed by Finkle Williams Architects, built by Rothwell Construction, and installed by Metro Interiors LLC.

ACM shows any unevenness in the wall behind it, which matters on a dealership showroom facade. SMARTci provides a consistent attachment plane for the panels within a continuous air- and water-tight enclosure over polyiso, holding the ACM flat across three different backups: steel studs, sheathing, and CMU.
