An assisted living residence houses occupants present day and night who are sensitive to drafts and temperature change, so the envelope is held to a steady, comfortable interior. GreenGirt Max CMH carries continuous mineral wool outside the metal studs, a non-combustible layer that limits the infiltration and cold spots affecting that comfort, behind a fiber cement exterior.
