It is a nine-story mixed-use housing building engineered to Passive House standards, designed by Cetra Ruddy Architecture, built by King Contracting Group, and installed by PG New York.

Passive House certification requires an exceptionally airtight, highly insulated envelope. GreenGirt Max CMH carries a deep, continuous mineral wool layer outside the metal framing to reach the effective R-value the standard demands, while supporting the ACM on a thermally broken connection.
