Community Education Center for Guilford County Schools in Greensboro, NC, uses 21,000 SF of the SMARTci® Building Enclosure System over metal studs and gypsum, behind fiber cement cladding, with polyiso insulation. It is a public education center offering tutoring, adult education, and community meeting rooms. The project was designed by LS3P Associates, built by Samet Corporation, and installed by Bonitz Inc.

A publicly funded education facility is built to operate efficiently for decades. SMARTci provides a continuous air- and water-tight enclosure over polyiso, reducing the infiltration that raises heating and cooling demand, behind a fiber cement exterior.
