Fitzsimons Village Mixed-Use is a 45,000 square foot development located in Aurora, CO, designed by Davis Partnership Architects. Utilizing the SMARTci building enclosure system with custom-profiled polyiso insulation, fiber cement cladding on metal studs, and 2.5” horizontal girts spaced 24” on center, the project was constructed by JE Dunn Construction and installed by Arrow J Construction.
