Founders Place in Park City, UT, uses 19,000 SF of GreenGirt Max CMH™ over metal studs, behind ACM cladding, with mineral wool insulation. It is a ski-in, ski-out luxury condominium community at Deer Valley Resort. The project was designed by Sparano & Mooney Architecture, built by SMC Construction, and installed by On Top Roofing.

At elevation in the Wasatch Range, the residences face long winters and a substantial heating load. GreenGirt Max CMH holds continuous mineral wool outside the metal framing, maintaining the wall’s effective R-value while carrying the ACM on a thermally broken support.
