Jacob August Riis Elementary School in New York, NY uses 25,000 SF of GreenGirt CMH Delta™ Adjustable System over concrete and metal studs, behind fiber cement Equitone cladding, with mineral wool. This public elementary was designed by Axis Design Group, with Padilla Construction Services, Inc. serving as both general contractor and installer.

The Delta Adjustable system sets the cladding plane true across both the concrete and the metal-stud areas, opening the drained cavity a rainscreen needs while keeping the panel grid straight. That matters on a school facade where the joint lines are visible at street level.
