Lakeshore Advantage, The Next Center in Holland, MI uses 9,000 SF of GreenGirt Max CMH™ over steel studs, behind ACM, with mineral wool. The downtown commercial building serves as the new Lakeshore Advantage headquarters and includes incubation space for more than 50 startups plus third-floor office space for lease. The project was designed by GMB, built by EV Construction, and installed by Architectural Glass & Metals.

A commercial building that houses a headquarters, an incubator for more than fifty startups, and leased offices drives steady HVAC use across a full workday, so the wall’s real energy performance feeds directly into operating cost. GreenGirt Max CMH carries the ACM on a continuous insulation plane that limits the metal paths lowering a wall’s delivered R-value below its rating. For a leased, multi-tenant building, the difference between nominal and effective R-value is the difference in the energy bill the tenants and owner pay.
