Lane Community College — Health Professions Building

Eugene, OR

Lane Community College Health Professions Building in Eugene, OR, uses 3,400 SF of GreenGirt Max CMH™ over metal studs, behind ACM cladding, with mineral wool insulation. It is a community college academic building, expanded to add offices and a classroom for lectures and community events. The project was designed by Mahlum and installed by Mid-Valley SM.

GreenGirt Max CMH carries the ACM on a thermally broken support over a continuous mineral wool layer, holding the insulation unbroken across the metal studs so the addition meets current envelope standards alongside the existing building.
