Middle River Recreation Center

Middle River Recreation Center in Middle River, MD uses 11,000 SF of GreenGirt Max CMH™ over metal studs, behind DriDesign cladding, with spray foam. The project was designed by Colimore Thoemke Architects, built by North Point Builders, and installed by RKJ Construction.

A public recreation center must remain durable and efficient under heavy use on a municipal budget. GreenGirt Max CMH carries the DriDesign panels on continuous vertical sub-framing that keeps the insulation plane unbroken, the long-service envelope suited to community center and public works buildings.
