MSU Spartan Village in Lansing, Michigan uses 25,000 SF of SMARTci® building enclosure system over CFMF, behind ACM cladding, with custom-profiled polyiso. The mixed-use hospitality building was designed by Neumann Smith, with Architectural Metals, Inc. serving as both general contractor and installer.

A hospitality building is judged in part on consistent guest comfort across its rooms. SMARTci encloses the ACM in one air- and water-tight assembly over the cold-formed framing, holding interior conditions steady, a priority in hospitality projects.
