Nebraska State Patrol Crime Lab

Lincoln, NE

Nebraska State Patrol Crime Lab in Lincoln, NE, uses 15,000 SF of GreenGirt Max CMH™ over CMU, behind metal panel cladding, with mineral wool insulation. It is a forensic laboratory addition that doubles the existing state patrol lab to handle added staff and caseload, designed by Leo A Daly, built by Scheele-Kayton Construction, and installed by AAA Roofing and Sheet Metal.

A forensic laboratory depends on a stable interior, where temperature consistency supports sensitive instruments and reliable analysis. GreenGirt Max CMH carries continuous mineral wool outside the CMU backup, maintaining the wall’s effective R-value against the cold Nebraska climate.
