In Phoenix’s hot desert climate, an airport building is subject to a substantial, near-constant cooling load across a large facade. GreenGirt Max CMH carries the ACM on deep girts over a continuous mineral wool layer, keeping the insulation unbroken across the steel studs so the wall retains a high effective R-value and limits heat transfer into a heavily conditioned interior.
