It is a Porsche dealership renovated to a Gen5 Porsche Center, with a two-story showroom and new shop, service, and office areas, designed by Gensler, built by Dempsey Construction, and installed by M&D Contracting.

A two-story showroom runs ACM in full-height vertical lengths, where deviation in the support is visible across the panel. GreenGirt Max CMH carries the ACM on vertical girts set to a true plane over a continuous mineral wool layer, with a thermal break at each connection.
