Republic Intermediate School in Republic, MO, uses 50,000 SF of the SMARTci® Building Enclosure System and 10,000 SF of GreenGirt Trim over steel studs, behind metal panel and fiber cement cladding, with polyiso insulation. This new public school is designed by H Design Group, built by Federal Construction, Inc., and installed by Performance Contracting Company.

A public school in Missouri is built for decades of use across the state’s hot summers and cold winters. SMARTci provides a continuous air- and water-tight enclosure over polyiso, controlling the infiltration that raises heating and cooling demand on a large facade.
