Revolution Labs

Lexington, MA

Revolution Labs in Lexington, Massachusetts, uses 36,000 SF of the GreenGirt CMH Delta™ Adjustable system over metal studs, behind fiber cement and metal panel cladding, with mineral wool insulation. It is a life sciences laboratory facility, designed by SGA, built by Callahan Construction Managers, and installed by Lockheed Architectural Solutions, Inc.

The Delta Adjustable system brings the fiber cement and metal panels into a true plane across the metal-stud wall, holding cladding alignment while maintaining a continuous exterior insulation layer behind it. That adjustability lets the sub-framing correct variation in the backup wall, the role described in adjustable continuous insulation sub-framing for exterior wall irregularities.
