Riot House

Denver, CO

Riot House in Denver, Colorado, uses 8,500 SF of the SMARTci® Building Enclosure System over steel studs, behind metal panels and brick cladding, with custom-profiled polyiso insulation. It is a restaurant, designed by Circle West Architects, built by JACO General Contractor, and installed by MV Construction, Inc.

SMARTci carries both the metal panels and the brick over steel-stud framing within a single enclosure, integrating GreenGirt CMH sub-framing with custom-profiled insulation so the two claddings sit on one coordinated support layer while air, water, and thermal control stay continuous across the wall. This reflects the integrated approach described in building enclosure performance, where sub-framing, insulation, and control layers function as one system.
