Medford Housing Authority Saltonstall Building in Medford, MA uses 47,000 SF of GreenGirt CMH Delta™ adjustable system over CMU, metal studs, and gypsum, behind fiber cement cladding, with mineral wool. This residential building was designed by Bargmann Hendrie + Archetype, Inc., with Consigli Construction Company serving as both general contractor and installer.

The Delta Adjustable system brings the cement cladding to a single true plane over all three conditions, taking up the variation that would otherwise call for shimming at height. Resolving wall irregularities without that shimming is what the Delta system does on a tall, mixed-substrate facade.
