Security Credit Union in Grand Blanc, Michigan, uses 3,000 SF of the SMARTci® building enclosure system over metal studs, behind ACM cladding, with custom-profiled polyiso insulation. It is a credit union branch, designed by Asselin McLane Architectural Group and installed by Wolverine Enclosures.

SMARTci gives the ACM cladding a coordinated enclosure over metal-stud construction, combining GreenGirt CMH sub-framing with custom-profiled insulation across both horizontal and vertical attachment conditions while keeping air, water, and thermal control continuous. For a small branch building, that reflects the integrated approach described in building enclosure performance, where cladding support and the exterior control layers work together.
