SGI-USA Buddhist Center

Denver, CO

SGI-USA Buddhist Center in Denver, CO, uses 13,000 SF of the SMARTci® building enclosure system over steel studs, behind metal panel and fiber cement cladding, with polyiso insulation. It is a Buddhist place of worship with a 300-person worship hall, a bookstore, and education spaces, designed by Ewers Architecture, built by PG Arnold Construction, and installed by Drywall Services, Inc.

A worship hall holding several hundred people depends on a stable, comfortable interior. SMARTci provides a continuous air- and water-tight enclosure over polyiso, holding interior conditions steady against the wide temperature swings of Colorado’s Front Range, behind a metal panel and fiber cement exterior.
