Tucker Ranch in Winter Garden, FL, uses 4,700 SF of GreenGirt Max CMH™ over steel studs, behind OKO Skin fiber-cement panel cladding, with mineral wool insulation. It is a public health and wellness recreation center, with fitness rooms, gardens, an outdoor educational kitchen, trails, and a greenhouse. The project was designed by Hastings Architecture, built by Prestige Contracting, and installed by N-RG Cladding.

OKO Skin is a slim fiber-cement panel hung as a rainscreen, with open joints over a ventilated cavity that allows the wall to drain and dry. GreenGirt Max CMH establishes that cavity and carries the panels on a thermally broken support over continuous mineral wool.
