The University of Tennessee Health Science Center

Memphis, TN

University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis, Tennessee, uses 1,000 SF of GreenGirt Max CMH™ over metal studs, behind metal panel cladding, with spray foam insulation. It is a health sciences university building, designed by brg3s architects and built and installed by Ranger Construction Company, Inc.

This is a small, 1,000 SF section of the health science campus, clad in metal panel on Max CMH girts with spray foam behind it. Applied wet, the spray foam fills the girt cavity and air-seals the wall in one pass, which in Memphis’s hot, humid climate also limits the moisture-laden air that infiltration would otherwise carry into the assembly.
