University of Washington School of Medicine Phase 3.2 in Seattle, Washington, uses 23,000 SF of GreenGirt Max CMH™ over gypsum and concrete, behind metal panel cladding, with mineral wool insulation. It is a medical school building, designed by Perkins+Will, built by Sellen Construction, and installed by All New Glass.

This phase runs over two different backups, gypsum sheathing in some areas and concrete in others, which sit on slightly different planes and would otherwise complicate a single cladding line. GreenGirt Max CMH bridges that by carrying the metal panels on girts set to a common outer plane across both substrates, holding one continuous insulation layer over the mixed backup so the facade reads as a single, even surface.
