Wayne State College Recreation Center in Wayne, Nebraska, uses 4,000 SF of the SMARTci® Building Enclosure System over steel studs, behind metal panel cladding, with polyiso insulation. It is a college recreation and fitness center, designed by RDG Planning & Design, built by Hausmann Construction, and installed by Weatherguard, Inc.

A campus recreation center is in heavy year-round use, and on the cold Nebraska plains it is heated through a long winter. SMARTci seals the wall in a continuous air- and water-tight enclosure over polyiso, holding interior conditions steady against that climate behind a durable metal panel exterior.
