Metropolitan Utilities District – West Dodge Pump House in Omaha, Nebraska uses 1,000 SF of SMARTci® Building Enclosure System over metal studs, behind metal panels, with XPS insulation. The project was designed by Olsson, with Hawkins Construction Company serving as both general contractor and installer.

A pump house is small but service-critical, sheltering equipment the district depends on. SMARTci encloses the metal panels in a continuous air- and water-tight assembly over the metal studs, the durable enclosure approach backed by ASTM-validated performance.
